DAMAC Tower Nine Elms in London makes impressive progress ahead of anticipated year-end completion
DAMAC is excited to announce that its first residential project in Europe —DAMAC Tower nine Elms is making excellent progress and is on track to be completed by 31 December 2021.
Set on London’s South Bank in the Nine Elms area, the ultra-modern tower boasts a unique and balanced architectural composition, carefully crafted to create impressive views from every aspect. Additionally, the tower boasts stunning interiors by none other than global fashion icon Versace Home.
There are 450 studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom and penthouse apartments. Additionally, the tower will have just over 26,000 sq. ft. of communal amenities and leisure and an on-site show apartment and marketing suite on the 32nd floor.
We are excited to report that we are making great progress despite the challenging environment caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. As of April, the façade has been completed and the retail area façade on the ground floor is 80% complete.
Landscaping works on the recreation deck are 50% complete and installation of lifts work are 90% complete. Interior joinery works have been completed up to level 37 and partially up to level 44 and in progress for floors 45 and above.
